Effective Strategies for Viral Hepatitis and HIV Care Management
Subject Matter Experts provide the clinical and administrative staff of opioid treatment programs (OTPs) with up-to-date information and guidance in the treatment of HIV care management and Viral Hepatitis care management, and its relevance to opioid use disorder.

Effective Clinical Skills and Knowledge Competencies for individuals with opioid use disorder
Subject Matter Experts provide the clinical and administrative staff of opioid treatment programs (OTPs) with up-to-date information and guidance in using Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care interventions in the therapeutic treatment of individuals with opioid use disorder.

Community Engagement
The workshop on community engagement focuses on how medication-assisted treatment is playing to address drug use and overdose deaths in this country and demonstrates how community engagement can enhance the overall effectiveness of MAT by reducing bias across the system of care.

Improving Cultural Competence in Substance Abuse Treatment
Subject Matter Experts provides mental and behavioral health staff and counselors with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to serve diverse clients, families, and communities. The foundation for this training is SAMHSA’s TIP 59 Improving Cultural Competence.

Strategic Human Resource Management
This training provides public, private, and nonprofit behavioral health treatment programs with the knowledge and information required to recruit, retain, develop, and reward the staff required to that can develop and deliver the programs and services needed by people with opioid use disorders.

Peer Recovery Coaching
The Peer Recovery Coaching provides certified peer recovery coaches with training about medication-assisted treatment and that prepares them for the MAT Peer Recovery Coaching Workshop.

Performance Improvement
This training provides participants with the knowledge, strategies, and skills to implement or revise their organizations’ performance improvement programs.

Assessment and Treatment Planning
This workshop emphasizes the rationale for and the process of assessment and treatment planning, to provide internal and external audiences with a clear business case for assessment and treatment planning, and to develop a strategy to integrate assessment and treatment planning into the treatment process.
